Who we are

Lumora designs and builds websites for small businesses in Kent. If you have any questions about your data, email lumorastudios00@gmail.com or call 07549 665262.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the package you’re interested in and your message.

How we use it

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your website. We never sell your details or use them for marketing you haven’t asked for.

Who else handles it

• Formspree delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores our emails.
• Google Fonts supplies the font on our homepage, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

Some of these services may store data outside the UK, under their own privacy safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

Our website doesn’t use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if you don’t become a client. For clients, we keep project details for as long as we work together, plus up to 6 years for our business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
